At Rent Some Wheels, we make car rentals simple and transparent in Savannah, Atlanta, and Houston. Our Policy, Eligibility & Requirements page outlines everything you need to know before booking. 1.Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 23 years old to rent.

 

  • Valid drivers license (we do verify online). Out of State licenses are accepted.

 

  • We ( Rent Some Wheels ) provide your auto insurance coverage. Its included already in the pricing to make the process simple for you (:

 

2. Policies

  • Our cars cannot be driven out of state.

 

  • Late returns are not accepted to keep business running smoothly and efficiently. If you return a vehicle late, you will be required to pay a $50 late return fee. If you choose not to, you will be banned from renting in the future.

 

  • You are fully responsible for everything while our vehicle is in your possession.

 

  • We don't allow 1 day reservations. Nor we do allow 1 days extensions unfortunately.

 

  • Vehicle must be returned vacuumed and wiped out. You can stop to the nearest gas station that has vacuum pumps. You can find All Purpose cleaner and Disinfectant Spray in the trunk of the car to use to wipe out the car. 

 

  • Subleasing our vehicles are not allowed.

 

  • Ride-share / Gig work usage is accepted.

 

  • Our cars can only be used in the local areas. Traveling far out of the local areas is an additional $100 (out of state traveling still isn't allowed).

 

  • If you take the vehicle out of state, a $500 travel fee will be charged, along with $1.25 per mile for all miles driven until the vehicle returns within state limits. The travel fee covers the excessive mileage, additional wear and tear, and increased strain caused by long-distance travel. Extended trips can accelerate maintenance needs and lead to potential mechanical issues earlier than expected, so these charges help offset the higher operating costs and early servicing requirements associated with out-of-state use.

 

  • The insurance included with your rental covers damage to third-party vehicles only. It does not cover damage to the rental vehicle itself. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle unless you choose to add full coverage for an additional $15 per day.

     

3. Operating Locations & Pickup Locations

  • We operate in Savannah, Atlanta & Houston.
  • Because we operate on a Self Pickup model, our pickup location may vary from day to day. Instead of a traditional storefront, vehicles are assigned specific pickup points based on availability and scheduling. 

 

Self Pickup is a contactless rental process that allows you to pick up the vehicle without meeting a representative in person.

 

Instead of visiting a traditional rental counter, you will receive detailed pickup instructions ahead of time, including the vehicle’s exact location, access steps, and any required verification procedures. Once eligibility requirements are completed (such as license verification and contracts signed), customers can retrieve the vehicle independently at their scheduled time. Payments are not due until you arrive to the car.

 

4. Pricing

  • 1 day bookings are not allowed.
  • 2 days > $235
  • 3 days > $325
  • 4 days > $425
  • 5 Days > $525
  • 6 Days > $625
  • 7 Days > $725 ( Sometimes we may have cars available for $500 weekly. Make a reservation request and we will follow up with you to confirm. Thank you )

Extensions are allowed, but up to our discretion. 2 day minimum is required and your payment must be submitted by 12 pm of your return day.

Pricing does include insurance, tax and service fees. No security deposit required.

6. Deposits & Cancellations Policy

  • A security deposit is not required while you are renting a car.

 

  • But during the booking stage, you will be asked, if you would like to make a "Secure" or "Unsecured" reservation.

 

  • A secured reservation is when you pay a $50 deposit in advance to secure your reservation dates and a car. 

 

  • A "unsecured reservation" is when you choose NOT to pay the $50 in advance to secure your reservation dates or a car.

 

  • The $50 deposit to secure your reservation does go towards your total.

 

  • If you cancel your reservation, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be transferred to another date if you inform us within 48 hours of your reservation.

 

  • For any reason that we may need to cancel your reservation, your $50 deposit is refunded back to you within 24 hours.


7. Hours of Operations

  • Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 5 pm
  • Saturday, 12pm - 5pm.
  • Sunday, closed. (unless there is a reservation already on file).
