Is a security deposit required to rent a vehicle?
No. Rent Some Wheels does not require a security deposit to rent.
Can vehicles be driven out of state?
No. All vehicles must remain within state lines at all times.
Do vehicles come with unlimited mileage?
Yes. All rentals include unlimited miles unless otherwise specified.
Do I need a valid driver’s license?
Yes. A valid driver’s license is required.
• Paper or temporary licenses are accepted
• Photo or digital copies are also accepted
Can I use my own insurance for a reduced rate?
No. Personal insurance cannot be used to adjust rental pricing.
Where is the pickup location?
The pickup address is sent via email after your reservation is successfully secured online.
Can I pay extra to travel out of state?
No. Out-of-state travel is not permitted under any circumstances.
Do you offer delivery or pickup services?
Yes. Vehicle delivery and pickup are available for an additional $50 fee.
Can I use the vehicle for rideshare or gig work?
Yes. Vehicles may be used for ride-share and gig-based services.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We operate with full transparency. All fees are disclosed upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

Are rental extensions allowed?
Yes. Extensions may be approved at our discretion and are subject to availability.
Is roadside assistance included?
No. Roadside assistance is not included with rentals.
Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued if the cancellation or inconvenience occurs on our end.
